Kabbalistic readings carried forward through Chabad thought; the seventy-two-letter Name as a structure of divine providence.
Seventy-two is the count of the letters in the Shem ha-Mephorash, derived through tradition from three consecutive verses in Exodus, each verse seventy-two letters long. It is also four times chai — a multiple of life.
Bottle No. 72 of the Bereshit Series belongs to the most kabbalistically anchored numerals in the Holy Numbers Edition. The Hebrew document accompanying it does not attempt to teach the Shem ha-Mephorash; it points the reader toward the Chabad treatment of divine providence in which the seventy-two-letter structure is read.
The bottle is for a collector who reads as much as he keeps.
