The Bereshit Series

A select circle. By private invitation.

The TANNENBLUT BERESHIT SERIES is a strictly limited edition of 3,000 individually numbered bottles of gin, distilled in Germany's Black Forest and certified kosher. It is conceived as an ultra-collectible physical object intended for a select circle of collectors, families and institutions, rather than as a consumer product for the mass market.

The series combines the heritage of the Black Forest, Jewish symbolism and a strict private-invitation policy, with a pricing structure that reflects the scarcity and significance of specific numbers within the edition. Bottles are placed solely by private invitation and at the seller's sole discretion; registration or expression of interest does not guarantee a bottle.

“Gin, Robots, Lawyers: An Investor Launches a Project Against Antisemitism”

Dr. Raphael Nagel on Austrian outlet Exxpress, in a recorded interview about the Bereshit Series — 3,000 strictly kosher bottles of Tannenblut Gin with 60% of proceeds earmarked for the protection of Jewish institutions in Europe via Chabad Barcelona.

The object · In hand

A single run. A registered number. A fir-wood box.

The BERESHIT SERIES is produced as a single, limited-edition run in the Black Forest, using a refined botanical profile from TANNENBLUT and a presentation designed for long-term display or gifting. Each bottle is individually numbered, registered in a confidential collectors’ registry, and delivered in a fir-wood box with documentation suitable for heritage and collection records.

The distillation is kosher certified, enabling its positioning within practising Jewish circles and philanthropic networks, including Chabad-related presentations where appropriate. The design language references both the Black Forest origin and the ‘Bereshit’ (Genesis) theme, anchoring the product in a narrative of beginning, blessing and continuity.

For selected orders, bottles can be delivered in museum-quality presentation cases, suitable for long-term storage or display. Recommended storage conditions — temperature, light exposure and orientation — are provided upon request, to preserve both the liquid and the collectible integrity of the object.

What the bottle could not say

He drank it. Then he wrote it down.

The legend never ended in the Black Forest. It ended on the page. Under the same name. Tannenblut. A novel by the one who kept it.
